Project Overview
Client: Industrial Manufacturing Company, South Korea
Product: Industrial Inkjet Printing Machine
Service: End-to-End Sourcing & Procurement Management
When the Client First Contacted Us
In early 2025, a South Korean manufacturing company contacted us regarding the purchase of industrial inkjet printing equipment from China.
The client had already received quotations from several suppliers online, but was unsure which manufacturer was reliable and whether the machines could meet their production requirements.

The First Question They Asked
“Can you verify the factory for us? We don’t want to rely only on photos and catalogs.”
Instead of recommending a supplier immediately, we first analyzed the client’s production requirements and compared multiple factories.
What We Found During the Factory Visit
Our team visited several candidate factories and reviewed:
• Production capacity
• Quality control procedures
• Equipment assembly process
• Existing export experience
We recorded videos throughout the inspection and shared them with the client.
A Small Detail That Built Trust
During the inspection, the client specifically wanted to see whether the printing accuracy remained stable during continuous operation.
At the client’s request, we asked the factory to run the machine continuously and recorded the entire testing process.
After reviewing the video, the client replied:”This is exactly what we needed to see.”

Before Shipment
Once production was completed, we carried out a pre-shipment inspection and provided:
✓ Equipment photos
✓ Function testing videos
✓ Packaging photos
✓ Container loading photos
Every key step was documented and shared with the client.
Delivery to South Korea
The machine was packed using export-grade wooden cases and shipped according to schedule.
We prepared all export documents and coordinated logistics until the equipment arrived at the client’s designated destination.
Project Highlights
“What impressed us most was the transparency of the process. We were able to see factory inspections, production progress, testing procedures, and shipment updates without traveling to China. The machine is now running smoothly in our factory.”
